Basic Clean

Deep Clean

This is a detailed cleaning performed before or after moving into or out of a home. It ensures that every part of the house is thoroughly cleaned leaving the space pristine for the next person or to ensure a smooth transition when moving in. This is a detailed top to bottom cleaning typically done on homes with no or minimal furniture. Perfect for a clean slate

Move-in/Move-out Clean

This is light, regular cleaning to maintain cleanliness on a day-to-day
basis. It keeps your space neat but doesn’t focus on deep grime
removal or areas that are hard to reach. This is the perfect home
refresher

A more thorough, detailed cleaning that tackles areas often missed while cleaning. It includes dusting hard to reach areas. The goal is to eliminate dirt and grime making the space feel fresh and clean.

F.A.Q

Do we need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring our own. If you have preferred products feel free to leave them out and let us know.

Do we supply a vacuum and mop? Yes! If you are worried about cross contamination and have a good
working vacuum we don’t mind using it.

Do we need to be home?

Not required. If you're not home, please provide entry, lock-up and parking instructions

Can our pets be out?

We prefer pets be kenneled or secured. Small dogs and cats are usually fine if they avoid cleaning areas.

How long does a cleaning take?

Time varies by home and service. Deep cleanings and move in/out take the longest as they are more
detailed. For move-out cleanings, we recommend scheduling the day before your move to avoid time
constraints and ensure a thorough job.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, 50% to hold the cleaning date. It is refundable if you cancel ahead of the scheduled cleaning time or
need to reschedule. Balance is due after service. If you don’t feel comfortable paying a deposit then the
deposit is due upfront the day of service upon arrival.

How much does A clean cost?

Pricing depends on square footage, number of beds/baths, levels, pets, and add-ons.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know. We’ll do our best to fix it. Client satisfaction is our priority.

What payments do you accept?

Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Cash App.

Do I need to tip?

Tips are appreciated but not required.
