WHERE DO WE SERVICE? Hartselle, Decatur, Danville, Athens, Priceville, Somerville, Athens, Madison, Huntsville, Harvest, Muscle Shoals, Florence, Guntersville, Cullman
DO WE NEED TO SUPPLY ANY CLEANING SUPPLIES? No! If you have certain products or equipment you prefer you can leave it out and let us know, Otherwise we supply everything besides small trash bags for the trash cans.
DO WE NEED TO BE HOME? Every customer is different on how they choose to do things. Some clients choose to be home upon our arrival to meet and do a walk through while others decide to leave the door unlocked and leave before we arrive. Some clients will leave a hidden key or code to enter and instructions on lock up when we finish.
CAN WE LEAVE OUR PETS OUT? We ask that you please have dogs put away. You can put them in a fenced backyard, kennel, garage or a room specifically for your pet that we will not enter. Small dogs and cats are ok as long as they will not mess with any cleaning products in our caddy.
HOW MANY HOURS DOES A CLEANING TAKE? There is no set amount of time. It all depends on the current condition of your home. A first time deep clean always takes awhile longer. If you decide to do bi-weekly cleans or a one time basic clean it is less to clean and less time. A deep clean takes longer because we focus on each and every area in detail to make sure it's done correctly.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK? Yes we require a deposit to book and it depends on your cleaning total.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR CLEANINGS? We base it on your square footage. Some other things are factored in as in how many beds/baths, Condition of your home, Do you have pets, Do you need Add-on services etc.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or the deposit is nonrefundable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CLEAN? Please communicate that and let us know. We strive to make our clients happy and do what we can to make the situation better because we never want to lose a client.
DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL RATE? Yes! We offer $60 off cleans for 60+
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept Venmo, Paypal and Cashapp. We no longer accept cash payments however you can leave a cash tip if you like. It is easy to keep up with payments when you pay with a card. Thanks for understanding.
